Price Gouging during State of Emergency

With the Utah governor implementing a “State of Emergency” for the coronavirus pandemic, we are implementing a policy to help mitigate price gouging from occurring on the KSL marketplace for items related to the coronavirus.

The moderation process will be actioned for the selling of toilet paper, hand sanitizer, and face masks if a listing has been flagged 5 or more times by unique users for price gouging and will be removed from the KSL marketplace or in situations where extreme price-gouging activities are occurring.

Violators of this policy will be moderated according to our existing repeat offenders workflow

This policy will be revisited at the time of each declaration of a "State of Emergency" by the governor of Utah
